The new modus-eng.com is live. The previous site ran for years and did its job. Our work had grown past what it could show, so we rebuilt the whole thing this quarter, and this newsletter is the first piece to run on it.

The home page now opens with how clients arrive at MODUS. Architects come looking for a consultant who will support the design intent through documentation and coordination. Facility leaders come asking about infrastructure, phasing, energy, safety, and the practical work of running a building. Construction managers come for field-aware engineering that protects schedule and budget. Each audience has its own track on the home page that points to the work and the partnership style that group wants to see.

Audience-specific paths help architects, facility leaders, and construction managers quickly find the information most relevant to their work.

The site also lays out the markets we serve. K-12 and higher education, healthcare, civic and government, commercial, and industrial work each get a section with project examples and a sense of how the systems shape the building. The full services breakdown sits below: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, lighting design, sustainable engineering, facility planning, and arc flash studies. Each service ties back to what it does for the client rather than sitting in isolation.

MODUS has been at this for more than 60 years, the firm has put roughly 11,000 buildings into the world, and the project total represents around $5 billion in construction cost. Those numbers are on the site because they say something real about what we have seen, but the site is built to talk about the next project, not the last 60 years.

A website rebuild is a small project next to a high school or a clinic, but the reasoning behind it follows the same logic we apply to every job. You hire MODUS because you want a partner who pays attention and listens before drawing.

Visit when you have a chance, and tell us what you think. The site will keep growing with project pages, news, team bios, and briefings, and your feedback shapes what we add next.
