Project narrative

MODUS is proud to have played a vital role in the electrical design for the Fourth Street Bridge Lighting Project in Waterloo, Iowa. Our team of experienced engineers worked closely with the city, other engineering teams, and professional lighting designer Rob Shakespeare to develop a state-of-the-art lighting system that enhances the beauty and importance of this iconic bridge.

A project at the very core represents the city's commitment to uniting the two sides of the river and the historical East and West division in the City of Waterloo. The project consists of over 400 energy-efficient LED lights that illuminate the bridge and its surroundings, creating a stunning visual display for residents and visitors alike. Residents can view a dynamic show of lighting effects via a DMX control system and preprogrammed lighting shows that run daily in the evening with special holiday performances.

MODUS is honored to have been a part of this important project.
