Arc Bloc is a 72-unit mixed-use residential and commercial building located in the Arts District of downtown Waterloo. The 80+ foot tall building overlooks the Cedar River and nearby Amphitheater. The building includes a mixture of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units. Each apartment features its own electric furnace, roof-mounted air source heat pump, and electric hot water heater.
